My experience was very good. Easy check-in. Interesting to get to view my ears on a big screen. I felt listened to when explaining what I was experiencing. The test itself was more comprehensive than any I have done previously. The audiologist did a good job reviewing the results with me, helping me understand what I was seeing. She walked me through the impact and path forward. I was very please with the care I received.

I needed to get my hearing aids synced with my new phone. They gave me a phone number where a very sharp young man talked me through the simple steps to get the job done. He was clear and direct, yet patient in the process and we had it done in just a short amount of time. I was very pleased with the outcome. Today, 11/20/23, I received help on another matter, that of securing connectivity between my hearing aids and the Thrive App. A few simple tips were given and we’re all connected with a plan to help should that be a problem in the future.
