Showed up late to our appointment and they kindly were still able to see us. Every professional we met there for our hearing process, were nothing less than kind, professional, thorough and accommodating with our questions. We both ended up needing hearing aids and the process what’s honest and informational.

My experience with NewSound Hearing was great, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to find hearing aids same day with no problems.

My experience was very good. Easy check-in. Interesting to get to view my ears on a big screen. I felt listened to when explaining what I was experiencing. The test itself was more comprehensive than any I have done previously. The audiologist did a good job reviewing the results with me, helping me understand what I was seeing. She walked me through the impact and path forward. I was very please with the care I received.

My experience was great! Everything was explained clearly and the tests I needed were ran and I was given follow up instructions and was on my way out of the door feeling totally satisfied that I had the information I had come there to get.
