Cassandra has been working in this field since 2014. She attended the University of Texas at San Antonio. Cassandra enjoys educating her patients about hearing loss and the importance of taking care of their ears. She knows too many people suffering from hearing loss, so it gives her great pleasure helping people hear as well as they should.

With over 5 years of experience in curating an environment that is both professional and welcoming to patients, she is eager to make all patient’s experience memorable.
She enjoys learning new skills in all departments and developing lasting relationships with peers and patients.
Outside of work Iliana enjoys spending time with family, traveling to new destinations and finding adventures in her everyday life.
